The structure of APM Group is such as to give confidence to our stakeholders in our certifications. In particular, we have a documented structure which safeguards impartiality, including provisions to assure the impartiality of the operations of APMG, manage any potential conflict of interest with our staff and contractors and ensure objectivity of all our certification activities. From top management downwards we are committed to impartiality of our operations. The structure enables the participation of all parties significantly concerned in the development of policies and principles regarding the content and functioning of the certification system through the Ethics and Standards Board which is independent of operational activities.
